Generally speaking, domestic sand mills, such as WS-15 and SK-80, whose 15 and 80 are the volume of the barrel; foreign sand mills, such as the HM series of Belgium SUSSMEYER, the Swiss DYNOMILL series and the German DRAIS production For PM series, etc., the numbers after the code all indicate the effective volume of the cylinder, and the unit is liters (L). Therefore, clarifying the effective volume of the cylinder is the primary factor for calculating the filling amount of the grinding media. According to the volumetric method, an appropriate container should also be selected.



2. Quality measurement method

The determination of density K in the above parameters is more complicated. Experiments show that: my country generally uses zirconium beads with diameters of 2 to 3 mm, 3 to 4 mm, and 1 to 2 mm. The out-of-roundness is less than 5%, and the density value is 0.62 to 0.66; the grinding can be accurately calculated after the density of the grinding medium The filling amount of the medium reduces the error.
