How to Improve the Grinding Efficiency of Zirconia Beads?

The sand mill converts the chemical energy into the pulverization energy of the raw material according to the grinding. The relative density, strength, particle size, and filling rate of the grinding directly endanger the grinding efficiency of the sand mill.
1. Relative density
Relative density should be expressed in terms of relative density and apparent density in general documents. The content and percent composition of various compounds determine the relative density of zirconia beads.

2. Strength

Judging from the damage of the zirconia beads to the touch parts of the sand mill, the strong zirconia beads damage the touch parts more.
3. Granularity
The size of zirconia beads determines how much the point contact between the beads and the raw material is. The larger the point contact of the beads with the smaller particle size under the same capacity, the greater the reasonable frequency of impact during the whole grinding process, and the higher the grinding. The more efficiency is higher.
4. Effective refill rate
The filling rate of zirconia beads is the total number of grinding beads required by the sand mill to achieve the best dispersive grinding effect. If the filling rate of the grinding beads is too high, it is very easy to cause the internal temperature of the sand mill to rise, and the sealing head can not immediately heat the heat pipe and automatically switch the machine.
The filling rate of the grinding beads is too low, the grinding efficiency is high, and the dielectric loss is large. Therefore, an effective filling rate is one of the key elements to improve the high efficiency of grinding of zirconia beads.
