Matters needing attention when using 95 pure zirconia are:
1. According to the volume of the sand mill, the slurry viscosity and the outlet gap, select the appropriate zirconia beads. Before using, clean the inside of the sand mill, determine whether the slurry viscosity meets the requirements, and check whether the exit gap and speed of the sand mill are appropriate.
2. When using for the first time, it is recommended to pre-grind in a certain viscosity resin and solvent slurry for 30 minutes. If low-concentration slurry is used for pre-grinding, the speed must be reduced and the operating time must be controlled within 15 minutes.
3. Due to long-term grinding, a small amount of beads will be broken under high-speed impact. Therefore, after a period of time, a part needs to be added. When replenishing, first use a sieve to sieve out the broken beads, and then add new beads equal in weight to the broken beads.
4. When using its abrasive paint, it is recommended to use resin to clean it. If you need to use a solvent, you need to reduce the speed, and the operating time is controlled within 10 minutes. It is recommended to use "start-off" intermittent cleaning.
5. Under the condition that the product fineness requirements remain unchanged, if the grinding time needs to be extended, or the fineness cannot meet the requirements within the specified time, the 95 pure zirconia beads need to be supplemented with an appropriate amount.
