Precautions
1. Put the material to be ground into the grinding chamber, then put in an appropriate amount of zirconium beads, and then gradually add zirconium beads after the grinder runs. The filling amount is generally 70%-85% of the inner volume of the grinder barrel
2. During the operation of the equipment, the grinding medium is susceptible to wear. When the quality of the material decreases and the current value of the host machine decreases, it indicates that the grinding medium is seriously worn and the grinding medium must be refilled.
3. When the amount of supplemented grinding media exceeds 50% of the first input amount, it should be replaced completely, and new ones can be re-inserted. If necessary, the replaced grinding media can be cleaned and screened, and qualified ones can be reserved for future use. reduce manufacturing cost.
4. Because the grinding medium is a fragile item, all zirconium beads should be screened regularly, and it is recommended to screen it every six months.
5. When the worn out beads are found to leak out during the production process, check the screen and the size of the grinding media.
